"My Profession, My Future", project number: 2023-3-PL01-KA152-YOU-000177157, Erasmus+ program
From June 24 to 28, 2024, the Douzelage Association in Chojna, in cooperation with the Secondary School Complex in Chojna, implemented the project "My profession, my future", project number: 2023-3-PL01-KA152-YOU-000177157, program Erasmus+, który był inicjatywą mającą na celu wsparcie młodych ludzi w przygotowaniach do aktywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Celem projektu było rozwijanie umiejętności niezbędnych do poszukiwania pracy, lepsze zrozumienie swoich predyspozycji zawodowych oraz zdobycie wiedzy na temat zakładania własnej działalności gospodarczej. Projekt realizowany był w ramach współpracy międzynarodowej z organizacjami partnerskimi z Węgier, Rumunii i Turcji, które wspierają uczestników w różnych aspektach rozwoju zawodowego.
The project was implemented in cooperation with three partner organizations:
- Koszegi Testvervarosi Egyesulet (Węgry),
- Asociatia Douzelage Siret (Rumunia),
- Cesitlilik Icinde Birliktelik Dernegi (Turcja).
Each partner was responsible for implementing specific project tasks. Partner organizations collaborated to support young people in acquiring new skills and promote professional activity and entrepreneurship. The "My Profession, My Future" project proved highly valuable for participants, who gained not only practical skills but also the motivation to actively participate in the labor market and develop their own careers. International cooperation enabled the exchange of experiences and the establishment of contacts between young people from different countries, which is crucial in the context of European integration.
From the perspective of the project's implementers, an important conclusion is the need to further develop programs supporting youth entrepreneurship and professional activity, especially in the context of the changing labor market. The project demonstrated that young people need not only information but also practical support in the process of entering the labor market.
