During the project, we conducted research on the amount of time residents of Siret, Koszeg, and Chojna devoted to recreation. We collected information on previously popular games and activities, and conducted interviews to learn about their activities. We analyzed recipes for typical dishes from each country and then modified them to make them lower in calories and healthier.

During the meeting in Chojna from August 22nd to 28th, we cooked these dishes using modified recipes. We also promoted outdoor exercise activities, to which we invited the local community, such as Nordic walking with the residents of Krzymów, a running game in Brwice, and jogging in Męta. Thanks to previous activities, we were able to recreate the sequence of games and activities that were once popular. Nowadays, dance plays a significant role in the lives of young people. It is a hobby and an integral part of an active lifestyle. During the exchange, dance workshops were held, thanks to which we learned folk and contemporary dance techniques, such as zumba. We presented these acquired skills during "Integration Days" in Chojna. The project also included yoga classes led by Wioletta Wołos. We organized a debate on the challenges of sports and physical education in small towns, attended by project participants and invited guests: Mr. Jarosław Przygoda, coach and founder of the "Garda" boxing club in Chojna; Mr. Rafał Kaliciak, coach of the "Energetyk" football team in Gryfino; Mr. Janusz Babiarz, activist of the "Odra Chojna" club; and Ms. Edyta Kalarus, principal of Primary School No. 2 in Chojna. Together, all participants prepared a newsletter containing information about the project in four languages: Hungarian, Romanian, Polish, and English.

We maintain regular contact and hope that in the future we will be able to implement further joint activities aimed at European integration.
