The main theme of the visit was to familiarize ourselves with the natural and tourist attractions of the Chojna commune and surrounding area through joint hiking trips. The destinations of the field hikes included the Świergotka Valley near Cedynia, the area around Lake Barnkowskie, the Valley of Love in Zatoń, and the Lithuanian Pilots Monument in Pszczelnik. The guests also visited Stare Łysogórki, Gogolice, and Mętno, where, thanks to the hospitality of the local Rural Women's Association, we had the pleasure of participating in the Senior Citizens' Day and Mother's Day celebrations.

The event was honoured by the presence of the Mayor of Chojna, Mr. Adam Fedorowicz, and representatives of the Chojna City Council, whom we would like to thank for their help in organising the visit of the guests from Sherborne.
