The Douzelage Association in Chojna, in cooperation with the Secondary School Complex in Chojna, implemented a youth exchange project "Internet - opportunities and threats" (Erasmus+ Programme) between 3rd and 7th July 2018.

In addition to the coordinator's organization, the project also included students from the Turkish city of Konya, which has been collaborating with the Douzelage association since 2014. Sixteen young people and four adult guardians participated in the project, acquiring skills related to conscious risk and time management when using the internet.

Project participants learned about the threats associated with privacy violations in the virtual world, developed assertive attitudes when using social media, and acquired online image-building skills. Important elements of the project program included cultural activities that allowed them to learn about the customs and daily life of the project's partner countries. Guests from Turkey had the opportunity to explore the Chojna area and test their price-negotiating skills at the Osinów marketplace.
