\u00a0\u2022 implementation of projects (basis under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR);
\u00a0\u2022 sending information related to the activities of the association to the indicated contact details (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of the data controller in ensuring contact with a member of the association)
\u00a0\u2022 possible pursuit or defense of claims (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the legitimate interest of the personal data controller in pursuing and defending claims)
\u00a0\u2022 analytical and reporting purposes, which constitute the implementation of our legitimate interest in this respect (basis in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter F of the GDPR);
\u00a0\u2022 archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
4. I acknowledge that the provision of personal data is a statutory requirement and its provision is mandatory.

The processing of the personal data I have provided is based on legal provisions, in particular the provisions of tax law, labor law and social security law, including for the purposes of determining my capacity to work \u2013 Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) \u2013 hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, Article 9 paragraph 2 letter b of the GDPR and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter h of the GDPR.
